"SliceLocation" (0020,1041) is lost during DICOM CT export

The DICOM tag "SliceLocation" is lost and not exported during CT export.
The reason is that it is coded as "SlicePositions" in matRad_exportDicomCt(obj)

A comparison with the DICOM dict at Row 238 in "dicom_create_IOD" (if (isfield(metadata, name)) results in false and the tag is discarded as attr_type = 3 and "% Nonexistent type 3 is ignored."

Solution:

• Change "obj.ctSliceMetas(i).SlicePositions" to "obj.ctSliceMetas(i).SliceLocation"
