New feature: General discount

Add new field to be able to add a general discount (e.g. 10% off) on a single item.
The discount should be also displayed in the product list and product view.
Maybe another menu, showing only products with discounts is also possible.

Edit: A general discount should be also applicable to a category. That way, someone could move the items he wants into that category for further advertising.
