Add `--version` flag to e18e's CLI

The e18e CLI currently lacks a --version flag, which is a standard feature expected in command-line tools. Adding this flag would help users verify their installation and check which version they're running.

Since the project uses Gunshi as the CLI framework, implementing this should be straightforward by adding the version property to the CLI options.
