The 'About' section needs a "History" page describing the eReefs Phases

Information about the history of the eReefs project would be good to include here, but it needs to be more up to date than it is currently

The main About eReefs page has been updated to be relevant for eReefs Phase6a by #72

I would still like to create a history page in this section which explains the funding/development phases and what was delivered by which collaboration partner during each one, but that is much less urgent and can wait a little
