Pretty much all the libraries in this image have newer versions available:
- CURL v8.6.0 -> v8.12.1
- DAP v3.21.0 -> 3.21.1
- HDF5 v1.14.0 -> v1.14.6 (with updated download URL)
- NetCDF v4.9.2 -> v4.9.3
- NCO v5.1.9 -> v5.3.2
- PROJ v9.3.1 -> v9.5.1
- GEOS v3.12.1 -> v3.13.0
- GEOTIFF v1.7.1 -> v1.7.4
- GDAL v3.8.3 -> v3.10.2
