Poles don't seem to be added when changing "Maximum number of poles" from 100 to 700

I set the filter to "Pole A95" from 1 to 10 and got 695 poles. The 100 max poles and 700 max poles settings display the same poles it looks like.

100 Poles max:

I think the issue is with the filtering. With no filters the number of poles increases

No filter 500:

I'm guessing the it is that the max number of poles is total in the un-filtered pole set not the filtered pole set.
