DOIs for Data sets before the 3.0 data model transition do not resolve

One thing I noticed is that is seems that the older DOIs for datasets that were published before the transition to model 3.0 don't resolve.
Examples:
10.7288/V4/MAGIC/9421
http://dx.doi.org/10.7288/V4/MAGIC/9186
http://dx.doi.org/10.7288/V4/MAGIC/7242

but the first version of 3.0 does.
