Covariate Balance Tables #105

Hello -- love this package as well as the branch that contains permutation inference/placebo plots!
I know there is currently not a function for producing balance tables between treatment/synthetic/all units, but could there be a way to calculate them manually using the output contained in the augsynth output object? I have been looking around at published examples using this package and have not been able to figure it out. Any help using the augsynth object output to do this would be appreciated!
