[PBI] Evaluate multi-protocol support #161

Description
Chariott Service Discovery today enforces no protocol requirements on applications in the Chariott ecosystem. Once service A discovers service B through Chariott service discovery, it can communicate directly with service B in any protocol. Explore if anything else needs to be done to support different protocols. Or if samples which show off applications that communicate in other protocols should be added.
Acceptance criteria
- Multiple protocols can be supported by Chariott
- First example of this can be evaluating Chariott uProtocol support
- At least one sample is added where the applications don't communicate with grpc
