[PBI] Evaluate changing the Dockerfile UID and "users" from "Chariott" to component-related

Description

There was a shift from using "Chariott" (the project name) in packages, documentation, and code to the component or functionality name. In the Dockerfiles, however, there are UIDs and users that are still called "Chariott". Evaluate if those should be changed as well.

Acceptance criteria

• Evaluate changing those names from Chariott to the specific component name.
• Commit the change.
