Toggle to show/hide the Monaco editor

There is a need to simplify the user interface. This issue will give the possibility to the user to show and hide the Moanco editor, the left panel.

Toggle can be added to the same section where "Undo" and "Redo" buttons are.

yeah you can @Rohithgvmg however check the bugs happening in #209 and try to come up with a better solution. Also, we will ask for integration tests with the PR. The integration tests add to the future PR will focus only on the feature implement. Let me know if you need help understand the structure of the integration tests or how they are made.
