Upgrade Theia tree editor #85
Description
- Consume incremental update correctly
- Currently, the tree editor prototype refreshes and fetches the model on every received update
- Implement adding and deleting nodes via tree (depends on Use custom commands to enable complete editing #88)
- The theia tree editor offers adding and deleting of nodes directly via the tree, in our prototype this is currently disabled though.
