ENotation URI should be updated to match the new Eclipse namespace #89
Description
The ENotation nsUri is still http://www.eclipsesource.com/glsp/ecore/notation; we should update it to match the new Eclipse/EMF.Cloud namespace, e.g. http://www.eclipse.org/ecore/glsp/notation (We should check other EMF.Cloud packages to see if there is a pattern we can reuse)
