Support larger result window for search queries

Currently the maximum result window for search queries is kept at the default of 10000.

That means when using /api/-/search with an offset exceeding 10000, you get no results.

This should be fixed as the number of extensions grows steadily.

@netomi To add a bit of context, I need the ability to get a list of every extension. I then use this list to query each extension to get its meta data. My ultimate goal is a json file and a csv file with all the metadata of all the published extensions. I use this for analysis and decision making.

I understand, but in for this use-case, retrieving https://open-vsx.org/sitemap.xml should be the preferred option as it provides you a list of all published extensions that you then can use to query to get metadata.

That would avoid the use of multiple search queries with a sliding window and thus be much faster as it is one request.
