Describe dealing with a license experience

For end user of a product, protected by Passage, it can be not clear enough 
 - how to read License Coverage Status Dialog or
 - how to import a license
 - how to request a license

and what to do in similar scenarios. 

So we need evolve documentation with new chapter to help end users here and to let the product's user guide reference this chapter
