Gate/Orchestrator: Include Golden Record UpdatedAt Timestamp

Description

As a sharing member when looking at the business partner output I want to see what is the timestamp of the golden record this output depicts. Such a timestamp can be used for communicating the revision of the golden record across systems (for example across different gates).
