    "How to Set up a GitHub Manuscript Project Idea"
  2. Short overview paragraph:
    This project will provide the goals for a GitHub repository that compiles manuscript projects in the works throughout the EFI community. The manuscript will detail an overview of how the repository will be used, what constitutes an "EFI manuscript", limited funding options, and a list of category labels for the writing stage of the manuscript and the community group who is leading the manuscript.
