[Suggestion] Dynamic adapter to add cards to the stacks' bottom

I suggest a feature that permits add more FeedItens to the adapter in order to put new cards available on the card stacks' bottom without empty the stack or set a new adapter. 

Now, when new itens are added to the adapter any card are created or the stack updated, even the method adapter.notifydatasetchanged() is called.
