Infinite scroll calendar #513

I want to be able to scroll up and down between months.
Reasons why I like this idea:
- The calendar does not currently fit on my screen (it is too tall)
- At the beginning or end of the month, I can only see that week. I would like to always be able to see the previous and the following week.
Notes
- we cannot load all of the activities for the user on initial load because there could be too many
- we have to keep the scroll state somehow (maybe in query params)
