- Create pace zones like the ones listed below:
- Easy, tempo, hill, speed, strength, fartlek, etc
Add a UI in your profile to be able to add as many pace zones as you would like. When planning activities, you can say 6 miles at easy or something like that. You could also build a workout that has a mix of some of these different paces. 2 miles warmup at recovery 3x1 mile tempo.
Open Questions
- are these paces automatically generated off of your goal pace? or are they hardcoded?
- do we want to set default pace zones that the user can override?
