encoding/csv fails to import unquoted CSV files

Need to fix the core library so it works with normal CSV files ... ie like the test fixture examples

We need to investigate https://github.com/gocarina/gocsv since this probably fixes this issue and may do some other useful stuff besides (hopefully not to the extent of making gormcsv pointless!)

Ok it does have some introspection to determine types, it also has custom CSV readers which might work for gormcsv. It has no database related stuff so it doesnt have the same use case as gormcsv hence doesnt make it redundant. Need to see if its worth using it as a library or just for inspiration to fix this issue.

Nope gocsv just sets flags for encoding/csv ... and the flag options dont fix it for us. So probably not much gocsv that is of use (at least for this issue). We will need to apply our own fix to encoding/csv :-(

Note looks like encoding/csv is never going to be fixed to work with 99% of csv files! Only those that are entirely standard compliant. golang/go#3150
I guess thats why nobody uses golang for data science ;-)
So our option is to fix it or fix the input first - lets try fixing it!

Lets try using https://github.com/trimmer-io/go-csv in place of encoding/csv

Tried this and although it is a new implementation ... go-csv is also failing to even get the basic splitting of input lines for non-standard CSV!
So if we are going to fix this we need to write our own csv parser implementation ... or at least introduce a preceding clean up format step for input files.
