v3 not published to Puppet Forge

v3.0.0 isn't published to the forge, latest showing as v2.0.0

metedata in v3.0.0 tarball show wrong version (2.0.0), this has since been fixed in master branch but not released?

It would be really helpful to have a new version released which includes support for Ubuntu 22.04.
