PCSXR - Link Cable sio1Blade 1.1 (Sony Playstation) #3

Hey there edgbla,
I try to make function the Link Cable plugin on PCSXR. I achieve make it function on local :
But now, I try to make it function on 2 different PC. Here is the caution I made :
- Avast, disabled it for 1 hour (it includes a firewall)
- Disable Windows Defender (yes, even if you have avast).-
- Ping both machines (cmd => ipconfig to get your ip then use "ping 192.168.0.X" on the other machine)
- Download K-lite codec pack MEGA (it's needed for wipeout 3 intro video, otherwise it crashes)
- In the plugin config, config 1 PC to be server, the other to be host. Give the IP of host to plugin configuration of client
But still, it doesn't work :( I got to "Etablish link", timeout on the 2 screen and nothing happens.
So I have question :
- Why doesn't it work ?
- Has it ever work on 2 PC ?
- Where is the source-code of this plugin ? Can it be easily adapted to ePSXE, Duckstation or BeetleHW ?
