[BUG]: task "Change Operating mode" did not get executed

Describe the bug
When I use the scheduler under point 2 I can see in the log that both tasks are executed but the heatpump remains in the actual state (Heat only)

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to Scheduler
2. Create Task 13:00 Operation Mode - DHW only and Power an
3. on 13:00 the Headpump will start but the Operation mode did not get executed

Expected behavior
I would expect that both tasks would be executed

Additional context
I am using 24.01 Stable with Heishamon big Version 3.9
I did not had this Problem with Heishamon small.

Could it be that there is a problem with both commands being sent at exactly the same time?

I've the same behavior with v25.00

As a workaround I split the change of the mode and the command "start" into two tasks. One at 13:00 and one at 13:01

This is a bit 'crappy' ... I have been looking at this for a while, but I dont experience this myself. So its a little bit chasing my own tail.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Go to Scheduler
Create Task 13:00 Operation Mode - DHW only and Power an
on 13:00 the Headpump will start but the Operation mode did not get executed

In the original setup...
Do I read it correctly that at 13:00 you had 2 scheduled tasks?
1 task for power on
1 task for DHW only?

Or..
did you have 1 scheduled task
1 task for DHW only with the TOGGLE Power On enabled?

now with the start of the heating season I recognized the problem again. (still with 25.00)

It happens with the following Task:

Enable: yes
Name: Start DHW
Day: All Days of the week
Hour: 13
Minute: 00
Action: Operation mode - DHW only
Power on: yes

there is no other Task at 13:00
and of cause it is only a problem when the HP ist not in the DHW state at 13:00

Workaround:

Enable: yes
Name: Change Mode
Day: All Days of the week
Hour: 12
Minute: 58
Action: Operation mode - DHW only
Power on: no

and

Enable: yes
Name: Start HP
Day: All Days of the week
Hour: 13
Minute: 00
Action: Heat pump on
Power on: no
