Missing connection columns in db tables

Multiple of the plugin db tables don't store which network the data is for, which can lead to collisions of data.
Tables missing a network column:
  - `badwords`
  - `factoids`
  - `grab`
  - `herald`
  - `horoscope`
  - `karma`
  - `lastfm`
  - `librefm`
  - `profile`
  - `quote`
  - `seen_user`
  - `weather`
