Toast message caption says Success when failing to send email

Describe the bug
When bad smtp account info is provided the send email action fails as expected but the toast message caption says Success.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Type bad info in a new smtp account object
2. Try sending test email
3. Check toast message
4. See error
