[2.789 XMR] Tails/Whonix Support

• Ensure the GUI (eigenwallet) can be run on the latest Tails/Whonix versions
  • No rendering issues
  • Persistent data storage
  • Connectivity
• Use the system Tor proxy on Tails/Whonix to route traffic, the following crates must be adapted using a compatibility layer
  • monero-rpc-pool
  • libp2p-tor
  • bdk_electrum (does not use use the internal arti-client currently but can be configured to be routed over an external proxy)
  • the rendered browser window must have internet access to fetch prices from the various APIs
• Disable support for hidden service when using the system Tor proxy. Building a compatibility layer here would require too much effort and complexity.
• Add documentation as to how to install the GUI on Tails/Whonix in our repository as well update the Whonix docs
