Use bech32m taproot instead of outdated bech32 segwit

Taproot has been around for long enough, saves lots of fees, increases privacy in some cases and any major wallet supports it.

There is no downside to progressing to bech32m and its usually easily implemented on the developer end.

Yes...but this will be a breaking network change. We will do it eventually though.

i just want to add that going for taproot and lowering the 1000 sat minimum txfee would allow for smaller trade sizes, that are currently not economically viable for makers
and if its not the case yet, it would be smart if the taker pays for the btc fees in general
