Allow Nested Shortcodes #5

Hi. I just found and installed your plugin and it looks great, however it does't allow nested shortcodes.
The ecommerce plugin I use (Easy Digital Downloads) provides a shortcode like:
[purchase_link id="499" text="Purchase" style="button" color="yellow"]
For the "Buy now" button which I'd like to use to test pricing. Unfortunately with the flowsplit plugin, it gets output to screen just like that, rather than interpreted into the actual button.
