Hi, I noticed that clues_ancient_samples.py requires the AP tag for modern samples to compute modfreq. I only have a VCF for ancient samples that includes the AP field, download from url

Do I need to recalculate the AP tag for the 1000G VCF myself and merge two vcf files, or is there already a version with AP available that you could share?
