Recommend moving away from fakeweb gem due to compatibility issues with ruby > 2.4

The owner of fakeweb has been sick and is no longer developing fake web it was talked about here: chrisk/fakeweb#57 (comment)

In that thread it was recommended to switch to https://github.com/bblimke/webmock
