Privacy manifest

With Apple's new requirement for a privacy manifest in all apps and SDKs, wanted to know if this repository would be a requirement?

It isn't listed in the first batch of repo requiring a Privacy Manifest, the list included Alamofire, and a number of high profile repositories that all have equivalents provided by Apple.

I wasn't planning on adding it to this project but if you make a Pull Request I'll be happy to merge it in for you. I haven't used Base32 encoding in a very long time and whenever I need Base64 encoding I use the Swift's built-in Base64 support.
