Heroku WebSocket Timeout #37
Description
When it is inactive, the WebSocket connection is terminated after a short time by Heroku.
Either find a way to deactivate this or use heartbeats to keep the connection open (see #30).
Note that no heartbeats are sent during conflict resolution, so maybe add another kind of "ping" message (just to keep the connection open).
