Make layout properties through meta programming scripts

Currently to write code faster I only declared layout properties which follow particular rules like "Set X axis before Y axis". Now the property declaration is kind of finished, so make those lack properties

There're too many properties with tiny differences, so it's very inefficient to write all those codes. Instead, write the properties through meta programming scripts would be a much better choice.
