Release Notes header is the wrong level (h2 vs h3) or the wrong font size #155
Description
On the release details, the "Release Notes" header is h3 but then the headers in the notes themselves are h2 - visually both headers are the same font size so it's more of a semantics thing

We should fix it one way, either make it the right h level or make it the right font size. Semantics matter 🥳
