Printing calendar only prints xml data

I recently updated to 5.0 this morning, but attempting to print a calendar prints out XML data instead:

Tested this on a local calendar but it affects google based calendars as well, have not tested CalDAV (since I do not have an iPhone) but it's safe to assume this is universal.

I checked to see if this was a problem with my printer or it's driver. I tested multiple printers (canon/espon/hp), it prints this out regardless.

This was filed in #129 and then closed because they "fixed" the export function so that it exports a calendar file. Unfortunately, print still only prints the raw file and not a nicely formatted page.

Making a calendar printable will require some extensive work, but it should be done for those of us who still use physical paper.
