Elementary deleted after PopOS update - can it be restored without a restore file?

I updated POP-OS this week to 22.04. And, it removed my install of Elementary. I can see my data is still on the computer. But, I did not make an Elementary back up before doing the update. I've never had an issue like this before. (I did make a overall data back up.) I tried the restore function both with a set of files, the older app option, and a single file. It's not finding anything. The only things I really care about are my address book and calendar. The email is IMAP.

Can anyone make a recommendation to get Elementary to recognize my previous data? Thank you.
