Screenshot doesn't open at all

What Happened?

When I click on the Screenshot icon in the Applications menu, the app doesn't launch at all. No response. It did work for a short while after my initial install of Elementary 8.0. Any help appreciated - happy to provide more info.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Applications (top-left)
2. Click Screenshot
3. Nothing happens

Expected Behavior

App should open

OS Version

8.x (Circe)

OS Architecture

amd64 (on most hardwares)

Session Type

Classic Session (X11, This is the default)

Software Version

Latest release (I have run all updates)

Hey thanks for your report. Can you open Terminal and try launching screenshot with:

flatpak run io.elementary.screenshot

And if there's any output can you copy and paste that here please?

Thanks for the prompt reply. Here's the output from that command:

MESA: error: Failed to query drm device.

Looks like it's some graphics issue. I'm on a Tuxedo InfinityBook Pro 14.
