Split and Join Bands

Hi!

I've found the split_bands to bands method but the only join method is rather a stitch.
Expectation is merging bands back without relying on Image.Math.

I've added Image.join_bands/1 and Image.join_bands!/1 in Image version 0.53.0. It has the following changelog entry:
