Image montage / mosaique

Hello,

Adding something similar as magick montage to image could be interesting.
Libvips support something similar with arrayjoin.
It could simply be a wrapper of the Vix.Vips.Operation.arrayjoin ?
I did a notebook using Vix.

@mrdotb definitely going to add mosaic functions, it even has functions specifically for this. I'm guessing this isn't so important for you now given your new resvg_nif lib, but mosaics are still very useful.
