Project Browser watcher misses new .rkassets until reload

Now that we watch the .rkassets directory directly (to reduce refresh churn), if the .rkassets folder does not exist at open time or is created later, we won't detect it until a manual reload/load. Potential fix: temporarily watch the document's parent or Sources/ until .rkassets appears, then switch to watching .rkassets.
