Support for CLN implementation

Wondering if this is on the roadmap at all. Looking for a mint project in go I can fiddle with. I don't see how lightning backend is configured on feni.

It is now... I've forked and I'm about halfway done adding it. I already have the mint running and connected to cln and fetching invoices. Now just need to fix up all the other functions.

Alright, I'm able to mint and pay invoice from the mint now. I think the last thing is it's not able to get the outgoing payment status. I still have to fix that function. But the pay DOES work. Just the mint can't see it yet. Onward. Hopefully PR later today and you'll need to test and cleanup I'm sure.

I fully expect this to go through a few reviews and changes before merged, but I want to start using it so bad lol. Let me know what you think.
