Create Project

In order to ensure my project code meets its requirements, as a developer I want to be able to create a project with user stories.

Acceptance Criteria

• A non-empty description must be provided.
• An exception requesting a non-empty description is thrown when one is not provided.
• User stories may be added to the project.
• A Project object is provided to the developer.

Definition of Done

• Tests are written to ensure acceptance criteria are met.
• All acceptance criteria are met.
• All code is committed and pushed to its own branch.
• A pull request is created.
• The pull request is reviewed and accepted.
• The user story's branch is deleted.
