sent box issue

i have created template for project like contact form for founders, everything is working i created account using my email and even if i didn't check box default email address the mail i'm getting through forms are in my inbox as well as sent box, y is that happening? if user submits form it should only appear in inbox right, y in sent box too? pls help me fix this issue i'm confused..

If you send an email to yourself, then the email will be in the inbox and the sent box.

hey thanks for the response. even if i don't check the default box and use another email for sent box , it still appearing in my default email only..

You cannot change the sender address at will, it depends on the selected service. For transaction services, you can use different sender addresses that are verified by them. But not for the personal services.
