Missing binary files for simulation #8

I am currently working with your project and attempting to perform simulation tests. However, I have not been able to find the st-plc.bin and 4.9.3.elf.bin binary files in the uploaded materials. These files are essential for conducting simulation tests.
I would greatly appreciate it if you could provide these binary files so that I can continue with my testing and development work.
