RFE: Create Emender test for trademark symbols

We need to decide whether the following RFE should be implemented:

All trademarked product/company names should have trademark symbols on first occurrence in a document:
"Remember to add the trademark disclaimer to all documents. Add a trademark symbol in the first instance of the body copy."
