Migrate more code out into non-wx modules for automated testing

This issue will be open for a long long time. I need to move more code into files/modules that can be tested offline without pulling in all of wx and requiring GUI testing frameworks etc. Mostly this is here as a constant TODO.

BindFile and Profile have been detangled so that BindFile can be tested, on the branch "bindfile_without_profile" which will be merged at some point soon.

The branch mvc_work has a deep detangling of the Profile Data from the Profile uI object. It's not done yet but is mostly working.

The mvc_work branch might want renaming as the "testing" branch because it's turned into "try to test everything possible." Experiments in testing actual wx.Frame objects etc are still not bearing fruit but it's in principle workable with the xvfb pytest plugin. More work necessary, there's a new "test_bindcontrol_main" branch with the stab at wx testing.

The wx-enabled testing has made great strides in the test_bindcontrol_main branch -- instantiating bcLogger was the cause of the segfaults, so that is now optionally disable-able in BindControl.py, and we have a pretty good set of tests for Main itself, at least as far as just its initialization. Next up: fire off events and make sure things happen.

Also mvc_work has been merged to main and pre-released as v0.32-test1.

v0.32 released a bit ago containing this. A few buglets have been found and fixed.
