Feature request: Ability to use a proxy server

It looks like someone else has asked for this - so maybe repetition - but I thought Id make it clear that this is a feature request in the title.

It would be good if a proxy server could be supplied in addition to the  server address.
(I think this just requires the insertion of a route header on outgoing requests so that the SIP stack sends the message to the proxy).
