#question #enhancement Setting to always add comment at the end of html element.

I'm referring to the **"|c"** tag that you can put at then end of your expression so emmet will generate end tag comments. 
Is there any way to set emmet to always do that? Regardless if I add **"|c"** at the end of my expression or not.
