I fixed some stuff in release 1.1, can you check if this solves this error?

Am not raiding atm, hard to test the "lastraid" target :)

It's tracking now. It will not show for anyone healed that is not in a party. It was able to in the previous version but I suppose that ability is nowhere near as important. Thank you for your taking the time to do this.
